Cost Of Living Index Effects Price
COST OF LIVING INDEX EFFECTS PRICE
Buyer shall pay for the goods received in [Year received] at the rate of $[Price per unit] Dollars per [Unit], and in each year thereafter at the same base rate per unit with additional allowance for the percentage rise of the cost of living in the year of shipment above the cost of living for the base year of [Base Year].
In determining the cost of living, the index of [Designated cost of living index base] for the base year of [Base Year] shall be accepted by both parties as conclusive.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
